Community Futures Entre-Corp is proud to offer loans to new and expanding businesses throughout southeastern Alberta. Community Futures Entre-Corp can provide a maximum loan of $150,000 to any one business. Community Futures Entre-Corp loans are available for working capital, inventory, equipment, renovations, expansions, etc. Our interest rates are based on a prime plus premium that is comparable with most banks. Repayment terms are negotiable; anywhere from six months to a maximum of five years. They will be negotiated in the best interests of the small business. In order to apply for funding, applicants need to demonstrate a serious commitment to the business by investing personal funds or assets, and by being prepared to meet financial obligations, even if their business fails. Clients must also demonstrate a history of honesty and integrity in their dealings with creditors and other business contacts.
Community Futures Entre-Corp has several loan funds that allow us the flexibility to work with clients of different ages and with businesses throughout different sectors.
