The Medicine Hat Urban CAP project will help provide the benefits of Internet related technologies to all citizens of Medicine Hat, regardless of their economic, educational or social circumstances. People will have access to information and the opportunities made available by the Internet in the areas of health, government services, economic activities, community development, culture and life long learning.
