The Community Access Program (CAP) is a Government of Canada initiative, administered by Industry Canada, whose goal is to make Canada the most connected nation in the world.
	Medicine Hat's Urban CAP project was initiated by The Health Connections Society of South Eastern Alberta.
	Entre-Corp Business Development Centre Ltd. is in charge of setting up the Community Access Centres as well as the administration of the project
